This summer, we’re tapping our collective knowledge of fitness and the industry. We’re going to work on removing other obstacles standing in your way.
In July, we’ll be talking about interest, decision and action. There’s so many things you could do – how do you choose which one? And how do you get started once you do? Look for blog posts on these topics coming soon to this space.
We’re working with Specialized Trainer Wayne Mutata to put together a quick video on stress reduction exercises you can do anywhere.
We’re going to be sharing motivational (and funny and behind the scenes at CFF) pictures on our Instagram, and asking you how you deal with obstacles on our Facebook page.

We’re pretty excited about this. July is all about why you’re interested in fitness, how you prepare to overcome the obstacles in our way, and what you’re doing about it.
Then, coming up in August, we’ll be looking at perseverance, results, and recovery, before rolling into more formalized training, application (functional fitness), and achieving goals.
