What is recovery? Why is it important? How do I do it? Recovery is a term thrown around loosely, however many people are not sure exactly what it means and how to do it. It’s far more than drinking a protein shake and resting after an intense session.
Results. They’re what we all want. They’re why we start something new. They’re the desired outcome from the work we put in. You want to lift heavier, run further, become more flexible, and eat healthier? How do you get there? How can you ensure you get the results you want?
