What is food? Most of us have heard that “food is fuel”. It’s the healthy way that we’re supposed to think about food. In a way it makes sense. Squats, Deadlifts, and Diet

Well it has been a crazy week. A complete change in how I am eating and adding in early morning workouts has been interesting to say the least. I am thankful for my good friend James as he has really been a driving force in getting me out the door each morning and is an excellent motivator when at the gym. Breakfast…

To avoid a letdown at the weekly Family dinner at my in-laws, I ate a decent sized breakfast.  It consisted of three eggs, scrambled with skim milk.  In the eggs were a 1/4 cup of chopped peppers(red and green), and 1/2 cup of broccoli.  No cheese, and no ketchup either(I LOVE KETCHUP ON EGGS!).  I did sprinkle about 1/2 TBsp of Hot sauce on the eggs.  The hot sauce had less than a gram of carbs or fat per serving(Serving size was 1 Tbsp, so at 1/2 I’m ok)  Hot…read more
